Retirement

401 K

Employees are eligible after one year of employment and 1,000 hours worked.  Aspire matches up to 2% of employee contributions.  


Accrued Leave

Vacation Leave

  • 8 hours/month–1st year
  • 10 hours/month – 2nd – 5th year
  • 13 hours/month – 6th and subsequent years

Maximum accrual cannot exceed that earned in 16  months 

Sick Leave 

  • 8 hours/ per month
  • Sick leave may be accrued to 480 hours (60 days)
