Aspire conducts background checks for employment related purposes. I hereby understand and approve for a background check to be obtained by a county Clerk of Courts as part of the recruitment process. By signing this form, I hereby release from liability, Aspire, Inc. and it representatives for seeking such information and all other persons, corporations, or organization for furnishing such information.
