Aspire Inc. meets extensive rules and regulations to ensure that we are providing the highest quailty services possible by meeting National, Federal and State regulations.

Aspire has four Quality Assurance Coordinators on staff to coordinate services provided to a person supported by Aspire. Quality Assurance Coordinators work with families, people supported, staff and other team members to provide services individualized for each person.

 

Quality Coordination Services include:

 

  • Participation in the development of the annual plan to identify services each person needs.

  • Assist with submission of National, Federal and State required agency paperwork.

  • Works with the person supported, family/guardian, outside case management, Aspire staff and other outside agencies to make sure the Individual Service Plan is being carried out as stated.

Education/Experience:

  • DSP 2005-2006
  • BS is Psychology/Sociology
  • BS in Social Work
  • Quality Assurance Coordinator since 2006

Additional Duties:

  • CPR Instructor
  • Personal Outcome Measures Certified Interviewer

 

 

Stephanie Skarin

Education/Experience:

  • BS Psychology/Sociology
  • Community Living Supervisor at ATC
  • Previously worked at SDDC - Redfield
  • Quality Assurance Coordinator since 2010

Additional Duties:

  • Chairperson of Positive Behavior Support Committee
  • Non-Violent Crisis Intervention Instructor
  • Wellness Committee member
  • Admissions Committee member

 


 

 

Becca Wells

Education/Experience:

  • BS in Elementary, Childhood and Special Educations
  • Education Coordinator 2010-2016
  • ACLS/CLS 2009-2010
  • Quality Assurance Coordinator since 2016

Additional Duties:

  • Representative of Aspire Inc. at IEP meetings.
  • Teachs group and individual classes to people supported
  • PCT instructor
  • Mayors Advisory Committee for people with Disabilities member.

 

Carly Eaton
